Your data
This policy explains what Rotation collects, why, and what we never do with it. In plain terms: we hold the minimum we need to run a verified job board, we never create a profile you didn't ask for, and we never sell your data.
Effective June 2026
Rotation has no code path that batch-creates candidate profiles. A profile exists only after a real person signs in and creates it. You will never find a profile of yourself on Rotation that you did not make.
We use your data to operate the platform: to sign you in, to show and verify the credentials you ask us to check, to send the transactional and newsletter email you opted into, and to keep the service secure and reliable. That is the full list.
When you ask Rotation to verify a credential, the result — match or no-match, plus the ratings on file — is returned only to you, the profile owner. We do not publish it, attach it to a public page, or expose the underlying records through any public route.
Rotation does not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that make the platform run (for example, our hosting, email, and payment processors), and only to the extent they need it to provide their service to us.
Newsletter and role-alert emails carry an unsubscribe link, and it works in one click. Transactional email tied to your account (such as sign-in links) is sent only when you trigger it.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email us and we will act on the request. Deleting your account removes your profile and the data tied to it.
