About the role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a variety of roles, with a strong preference for experience in aviation or aerospace domain. This role requires a strategic, hands-on recruiter who can attract high-quality talent, build strong pipelines, and partner effectively with hiring managers to deliver operational excellence and a best‑in‑class candidate experience.
This is a FIXED TERM Role
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Manage hiring across technical, operational, and corporate functions, with a strong focus on aviation-related roles.
- Conduct timely intake discussions and provide market insights.
2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
- Leverage sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, Workday, HiredScore, referrals, and networking platforms.
- Proactively identify passive candidates and maintain engagement.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR colleagues to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
- Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations on hiring progress.
- Advise on compensation benchmarks, market availability, and hiring challenges.
4. Candidate Experience
- Ensure candidates receive a professional, transparent, and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain thorough and timely communication.
- Drive equitable hiring practices and support DE&I programs.
5. Compliance & Process Excellence
- Ensure recruitment processes adhere to internal policies and audit standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data within Workday and other TA tools.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and TA efficiency enhancements.
6. Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
- Support employer branding activities, career events, and social media initiatives.
- Represent the company professionally in external forums and networking events.
