“In compliance with Law 68/99, priority will be given to applications from individuals belonging to the Protected Categories.” Responsibilities: Facilities Under the supervision of the Facilities coordinator: Act as the main point of contact for all facility-related issues & request s C oordinate and monitor maintenance, repairs, & facility operations to ensure smooth daily functioning of the building , being HVAC system the main focus . Liaise w i th external contractors, vendors & internal teams to manage services such as cleaning & technical maintenance according to the agreement and Scope of Work. Liaise with landlord to monitor all the requirements as per contract. Support facility projects such as renovations, space planning, and office moves Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to maintenance, compliance, and operations Promote a safe, efficient, and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors. Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities , insurance and safety departments when required . Identify , report, and follow up on facility issues, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating timely resolutions. P erform p eriodically review all facility-related activities, performance, and issues with the Facilities Coordinator to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. Health & Safety Under the supervision of the Environment, Health & safety coordinator : General supervision, responsible for assisting with the implementation of CAE’s global HSE strategies, programs, policies, procedures, and processes. Liaise with the delegated RSPP to monitor all the Occupational risk prevention requirements as per contract. Provides recommendations to EHS coordinator to facilitate continuous EH&S performance improvement. Assisting specific site/operations safe working programs and practices intended to improve the knowledge, skill and responsibilities that will have a direct effect on reducing accidents or incidents Assisting actively in the implementation of such programs/procedures following H&S coordinator guidance; Assisting EHS coordinator and the site/operations manager in accident reporting & investigations. Assisting actively in the monitoring of contractors/sub-contractors on site/operations and the control of the high-risk activities to prevent severe injury and damage to site/operations or equipment; Ensuring that all contractors/sub-contractors are approved and meet the necessary EH&S legal requirements. Assisting on the set up and track Safety & Environmental training requirements that are specifically related to H&S training programs as per legal expectations and CAE H&S standards; Prepares all necessary documentation to complete work activities Oracle Entry; I-Proc: Ordering department specific supplies.
