This team owns execution across assembly, integration, and test, managing detailed sequencing, resolving build challenges, and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure each aircraft meets schedule and readiness milestones. What You’ll Do: <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead the execution of aircraft assembly and integration from initial planning through final delivery</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the technical and programmatic point of contact, managing coordination between engineering, manufacturing, systems, supply chain, and quality assurance teams</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, budgets, and risk registers to track progress and ensure milestones are met</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Oversee the physical integration of structural, mechanical, and avionic systems into aircraft platforms</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure configuration control, interface compatibility, and alignment with certification and customer requirements</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify and resolve technical and execution risks quickly and efficiently</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Communicate program status, risks, and recovery plans clearly to leadership and customers</li> </ul> What You Need: <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in aircraft assembly, integration, or manufacturing engineering and 3+ years in a program or technical leadership role</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong technical knowledge of aircraft structural assemblies, system installations, wiring, hydraulics, and flight systems</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to manage program schedules, technical scope, and cross-functional resources</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheets, Jira) and standard office applications</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated success in managing program schedules, technical scope, and cross-disciplinary teams</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Expertise in advanced manufacturing tools (CAD, PLM, MES)</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills to set direction and mentor a diverse engineering team</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-iteration environment, balancing big-picture program goals with hands-on, real-time build solutions</li> </ul> Bonus Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">NX Experience</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Teamcenter Experience</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">SAP Experience</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Part 23 Certification Experience</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EVTOL Background</li> </ul> Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $172,800 - $216,000.
